Pork with Mushrooms

The perfect pork with mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp Tarragon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the meat into pieces. Fry the meat in a pan, then add the mushrooms. When everything is cooked through, add the creme fraiche and season.
  2. Spätzle go well with it.
