Toast with egg, super quick for a small hunger

First, cut a hole in the center of the slice of toast. Meanwhile, melt the vegetable cream in a pan. Place the slices of bread in the vegetable cream, immediately crack the egg, and place it on top, ensuring the yolk is in the hole. Then season with paprika and salt. When it’s golden brown on the bottom, flip it over and fry the other side until crispy. If desired, add a little more vegetable cream and fry the cut-out piece with it. This will make a nice, crispy patty.
