Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Chives, in rolls
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes until tender, peel, let cool, and slice. Slice the onion into half rings. Skin the sausage and slice. Place everything in a pan with a little oil and fry gently until browned. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve sprinkled with chives. Serve with a green salad and baguette.
