Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced
- 200 g minced meat
- ⅛ liter yogurt
- 70 g cheese, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- 1 pinch(s) thyme
- 1 ball of mozzarella

Sear the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Add the sliced bell pepper and sauté. Mix the egg with the cheese and yogurt. In a baking dish, first arrange the minced meat and bell pepper. Spread half of the egg, yogurt, and cheese mixture over it. Then arrange the potatoes on top in a shingle pattern and pour the rest of the egg mixture over it. Place in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top halfway through the baking time. For WW users: Use light cheese instead of mozzarella and lean minced meat for about 12 PP per serving.
