Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced
  • 200 g minced meat
  • ⅛ liter yogurt
  • 70 g cheese, grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 1 pinch(s) thyme
  • 1 ball of mozzarella

Sear the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. Add the sliced ​​bell pepper and sauté. Mix the egg with the cheese and yogurt. In a baking dish, first arrange the minced meat and bell pepper. Spread half of the egg, yogurt, and cheese mixture over it. Then arrange the potatoes on top in a shingle pattern and pour the rest of the egg mixture over it. Place in the oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top halfway through the baking time. For WW users: Use light cheese instead of mozzarella and lean minced meat for about 12 PP per serving.
