Salmon sauce with cream cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 cup cream cheese (brunch herbs)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • some cornstarch
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with any kind of pasta

Finely chop the onion and fry it in the oil. Then add the salmon and fry it for a while. Turn the heat down a bit and add the cup of brunch to deglaze. Add a little water if necessary. Let everything simmer. If it gets a bit too runny, add a little cornstarch.
