Potato casserole with minced meat, tomatoes and feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs, e.g. basil, oregano, thyme…

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Peel the potatoes, dice them into small cubes, and boil them in salted water. Brown the minced meat in a pan and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dice the feta and tomatoes. Season the cream generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Mix the potatoes, minced meat, tomatoes, and feta well in a baking dish and pour the seasoned cream over the top. Bake in the oven at approximately 170°C for about 30 minutes.
