  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut or chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Simple, tasty, quick, healthy

Add the spinach, peeled banana, and peeled orange to a blender. Blend everything together on high for about 10 seconds. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes or chia seeds, if desired.
