Potato Casserole

  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 2 Fresh shallots
  • 40 g Butter
  • 40 g Flour
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Salt
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Parsley
  1. For the sauce: peel off the shallots and cut into fine cubes. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the shallots in it until translucent. Stir in the flour and sweat. Gradually stir in the broth until smooth. Then stir in the milk and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and freshly grated nutmeg.
