Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 onion(s), peeled and finely diced
  • 2 gherkins, finely diced
  • Salt
  • Caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Press boiled, peeled potatoes through a ricer, mix thoroughly with sour cream or sour cream, onion, pickles, plenty of salt, and caraway seeds (don’t skimp on the sour cream). Sprinkle with parsley and serve with black bread.
