- 500 g potatoes, cooked, from the previous day
- 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Press the potatoes through a potato ricer. Finely chop the onion and chives. Mix all ingredients together.
