  • 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Press the potatoes through a potato ricer. Finely chop the onion and chives. Mix all ingredients together.
