Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 250 g sour cream
- 250 g onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Peel the potatoes and mash them with a fork (do not puree). Finely chop the onion and mix it with the mashed potatoes in a bowl. Thicken with sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Spread it on bread and dig in! It’s perfect for parties, as it’s vegetarian, but meat-eaters will also love it.
