Potato dumplings, easy to make

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g potato flour
  • 1 pack of mashed potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine cornstarch, mashed potatoes, and salt. Add water and knead thoroughly. Let it rest briefly until the mixture firms up a bit. With wet hands, form the mixture into dumplings. Cook in plenty of salted water (if the dumplings float, add about 15 minutes).
