Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of dumplings (mini potato dumplings, 400g)
- 100 g mascarpone or cream
- 130 g spread (horseradish)
- 2 tbsp capers, from the jar
- n. B. Salt
- some capers, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the potato dumplings according to the package instructions. Heat the mascarpone or cream in a small saucepan, gradually adding the horseradish spread. Set aside a few capers for garnish, then stir in the remaining capers. Season the sauce with salt and simmer for about 5 minutes.
