Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger (nail-sized)
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Paprika powder, hot
- Wild garlic, dried
- Cayenne pepper
- chili
- nutmeg
- coriander
- tarragon
- Salt, Vindaloo
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 pack of potato(s) – gratin, ready-made product for 2 – 3 servings
- 1 shot of white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
something different than “just gratin” and quick and made from “leftovers”
Heat the oil. Roughly dice the bell peppers and finely dice the garlic and ginger. Lightly fry the minced meat. Add the bell peppers, garlic, and ginger and fry lightly. Season with the spices mentioned above and deglaze with the wine. Allow the wine to reduce slightly. Remove the pan from the heat. In a baking dish, mix the gratin with the minced meat mixture. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes over the meat. Spread the cheese on top. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for about 20 minutes.
