Potato Mince Casserole

  • 400 g Small potatoes

  • Sweet paprika
  • 20 g Butter
  • 20 g Flour

  • 100 ml Whipped cream
  • 50 g Grated cheese

  1. Peel and wash the small potatoes and cook in salted boiling water for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C O / U heat.
