Potato Omelette
The perfect potato omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Cooked potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 tablespoon Ham cubes
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Sweet paprika
- 3 Eggs
- Parsley or chives
- Cut the potatoes into slices, finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan, add the potatoes and onion and fry. Add the ham to the pan and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and a dash of water and pour over the potatoes. Turn the stove on to low heat and put a lid on the pan. As soon as the eggs are almost done, use a spatula to place half of the omelette on top of each other. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives immediately, arrange with a mixed salad and serve.
