Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g potatoes
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 tsp herbs, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Peel the potatoes, boil them, and mash them. Combine the ground meat with the onions, herbs, and diced hard-boiled eggs, and season. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dust with flour. Spread the ground meat mixture onto the sheet in a rectangular shape, spread the mashed potatoes over it, and roll everything up into a roll. Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
