Potato soup with sour cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) bacon, streaky
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 m.-sized potatoes
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the bacon and onion. Peel the potatoes and boil them in a pot. Fry the bacon cubes for a while, then add the onions and continue frying until translucent. Once the potatoes are cooked, mix the sour cream with water. Then add the fried bacon, onions, and sour cream mixture to the potatoes. Mix everything together, season to taste, and enjoy.
