Potato Wedges from Baking Tray …

The perfect potato wedges from baking tray … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 700 g small Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 Rosemary sprigs
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sea-Salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon Seasoned pepper
  • 0,5 Teaspoon (barely) Chilli flakes
  • 0,5 Solo garlic
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Thoroughly brush the potatoes clean, then cut each into four, the larger ones into six, pluck the rosemary needles from the branches and finely chop, dice the garlic very finely.
  2. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and place on a baking sheet so that the columns do not touch too closely. Now put it in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  3. I served these baked potatoes with a herb quark today … hmmmm !!
