The perfect potato wedges in oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kilogram Potatoes
  • 1,5 kilogram Olive oil
  • 1,5 kilogram Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch White pepper

Here we go

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Then cut them into quarters and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Pour the spices over it, drizzle everything with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown. A delicious side dish that goes very well with meat / fish dishes. *Good Appetite*
