Ingredients
 

  • 6 Waxy potatoes
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Dried marjoram
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes, quarter them lengthways and wash.
  • Heat the clarified butter in a large pan and add the potatoes dripping wet. Turn every now and then until they have taken on the color.
  • Season well on all sides with salt, pepper and marjoran.
  • Tastes delicious with all pan dishes.
