Potato Wedges with Marjoram

- 6 Waxy potatoes
- Sea salt from the mill
- Black pepper from the mill
- Dried marjoram
- 2 tbsp Clarified butter
- Peel the potatoes, quarter them lengthways and wash.
- Heat the clarified butter in a large pan and add the potatoes dripping wet. Turn every now and then until they have taken on the color.
- Season well on all sides with salt, pepper and marjoran.
- Tastes delicious with all pan dishes.
