Potato Wedges with Marjoram

The perfect potato wedges with marjoram recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Waxy potatoes
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Dried marjoram
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  1. Peel the potatoes, quarter them lengthways and wash.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a large pan and add the potatoes dripping wet. Turn every now and then until they have taken on the color.
  3. Season well on all sides with salt, pepper and marjoran.
  4. Tastes delicious with all pan dishes.
