Potatoes with curd cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 servings of potatoes
  • 800 g quark (possibly herb quark)
  • 400 g liver sausage
  • 200 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the potatoes, peel them (cold potatoes, for example, from the day before, will also work), and place a sufficient portion on each plate. You can make the herb quark yourself from fresh herbs and plain quark, or use store-bought, according to your taste. Place a portion (e.g., 200g) on each plate next to the potatoes. Choose the liverwurst according to your taste, cut four equal pieces (about 100g each), and arrange them on the plates next to the quark and potatoes. Finish with a knob of butter on each plate (about 50g each). This is a recipe from my childhood that I still value very much and enjoy making. It’s a very quick dish to prepare.
