Potatoes with Peeled Ribs

The perfect potatoes with peeled ribs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 600 g Sour cream
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 800 g Peel ribs
  • 800 g Parsley
  1. Peel, wash, pat dry the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Grease a baking dish, layer the potato slices and season each individual layer with salt and pepper.
  3. Now mix the sour cream with the milk, season with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes.
  4. Wash the ribs thoroughly, dab them with a kitchen towel, cut into portions, season with salt and pepper and place on the potatoes.
  5. Now put it in the 200c oven on the second rack from the bottom and bake for about 45 minutes.
  6. Then take it out of the oven, sprinkle with a little parsley and serve with a little sauerkraut or a small salad.
