Potatoes with Peeled Ribs

- 1 kilogram Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 600 g Sour cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 800 g Peel ribs
- 800 g Parsley
- Peel, wash, pat dry the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
- Grease a baking dish, layer the potato slices and season each individual layer with salt and pepper.
- Now mix the sour cream with the milk, season with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes.
- Wash the ribs thoroughly, dab them with a kitchen towel, cut into portions, season with salt and pepper and place on the potatoes.
- Now put it in the 200c oven on the second rack from the bottom and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Then take it out of the oven, sprinkle with a little parsley and serve with a little sauerkraut or a small salad.
