Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g poultry meat (turkey or chicken, frozen)
- 4 slices of toast
- 150 ml yogurt
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pack of grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- oregano

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, egg, 1/4 of the cheese, and the seasonings to make a sauce. Meanwhile, sear the chicken and preheat the oven to 150°C (fan oven with top heat). When the chicken is cooked through, divide the pieces between 4 slices of toast. Let the yogurt sauce set in a pan, then spread evenly over the toast. Spread the remaining cheese on top and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 150°C.
