Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of toast (also wholemeal)
- 200 g turkey meat
- 50 g butter
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 slice(s) cheese (toast cheese such as Scheiblett)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the turkey and season. Finely chop the parsley. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Heat the butter in a saucepan and brown the meat. Add the parsley and let it cool. Then stir in the egg. Spread the mixture on the slices of toast, top with the cheese slices, and sprinkle with paprika. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
