Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g plum jam (Powidl)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 shot of rum
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g hazelnuts and/or walnuts
  • 150 g raisins
  • 2 ribs of chocolate, chopped
  • 500 g wheat flour or spelt flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • some lemon peel, grated

Whisk the Powidl with rum, sugar, milk, and egg until frothy. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into two loaf pans and bake at approximately 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.
