Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g plum jam (Powidl)
- 150 g sugar
- 1 shot of rum
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g hazelnuts and/or walnuts
- 150 g raisins
- 2 ribs of chocolate, chopped
- 500 g wheat flour or spelt flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp gingerbread spice
- some lemon peel, grated

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Christmassy, quick to prepare, for 2 loaf tins
Whisk the Powidl with rum, sugar, milk, and egg until frothy. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into two loaf pans and bake at approximately 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.
