Baked plums with cinnamon cream and caramelized almonds

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g plums
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 120 g almonds

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Pit and halve the plums. Heat 10g of butter in a pan and mix with 10g of sugar and the plums. Preheat the oven to 140°C. Bake the plums for about 15 minutes. Mix the mascarpone, a little sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Caramelize the almonds in a pan with the butter and the remaining sugar.
