Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 12 shrimp tails, raw
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- chili powder
- Herbs of Provence or rosemary and thyme
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the prawns and pat dry. Place them in a bowl or deep plate with the herbs, sliced garlic cloves, half a teaspoon of chili powder, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the prawns and marinade. Briefly sear on both sides over high heat. The gray-blue raw prawns will turn red very quickly, which means they are cooked. Remove immediately, or they will become tough. Transfer to a plate with the oil and herbs, garnish with lemon slices, season lightly with salt and pepper, and serve with crusty white bread.
