Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 12 shrimp tails, raw
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • chili powder
  • Herbs of Provence or rosemary and thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Wash the prawns and pat dry. Place them in a bowl or deep plate with the herbs, sliced ​​garlic cloves, half a teaspoon of chili powder, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the prawns and marinade. Briefly sear on both sides over high heat. The gray-blue raw prawns will turn red very quickly, which means they are cooked. Remove immediately, or they will become tough. Transfer to a plate with the oil and herbs, garnish with lemon slices, season lightly with salt and pepper, and serve with crusty white bread.
