  • 60 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp mint
  • 1 lime(s), organic, of which the peel

Instructions

Peel and finely chop the prickly pears. Mix the orange juice with lime juice, sugar, vanilla powder, and mint. Pour the dressing over the prickly pears arranged in a bowl, garnish with a little lime zest, and serve. Approx. 85 kcal per serving.
