vegetarian or vegan

Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and then let stand for about 5 minutes to allow the liquid to absorb. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-30 minutes. Then cut the dough into the desired (bar) size. Since I prefer it a little darker and drier, I left it in the oven for 35-40 minutes. If you prefer it lighter, you can take the dough out as soon as it’s completely firm. You can, of course, vary the ingredients depending on what you want to add. Dried fruit and other nuts are also fine. The basic ingredients for the bars are the oats, honey, and milk. It’s important that whatever you want to put in them is as small as possible, otherwise the bars will fall apart. The recipe is also vegan-friendly; in that case, you just have to swap the milk and honey for, for example, rice milk and syrup.
