Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g Skyr or low-fat quark
  • 25 g protein powder
  • 35 g instant oat flakes
  • 75 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 15 g honey
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • some vanilla flavor
  • 50 g spelt flour

First, combine the eggs, skyr, honey, and low-fat milk in a bowl and mix. You can also add flavorings at this point, such as vanilla flavoring or flavor drops. Then, mix the protein powder, instant oats, spelt flour, and baking powder together, add to the bowl, and mix everything together. For a particularly smooth consistency, puree all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender. Then, in a non-stick pan, cook the pancakes over medium heat with the lid closed, checking the browning if necessary. If desired, you can add a topping such as fruit, maple syrup, or something similar. Makes one serving (see recipe image). Nutritional values ​​for the entire batch: 634 kcal, 73.8 g carbohydrates, 54.9 g protein, 11.3 g fat.
