Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g minced meat, mixed (pork and beef)
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 50 g olives, green, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 bunch lemon thyme, chopped
- 4 rosemary needles, chopped
- 2 sage leaves, chopped
- 1 thick garlic clove(s), chopped
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix all ingredients well and form 8 meatballs. Fry them in good olive oil.
