Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp coffee powder (instant espresso powder)
  • 250 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Vanilla mocha cream

Boil 300 ml of whole milk. Whisk 100 ml of whole milk, vanilla pudding powder, sugar, and espresso powder until smooth. Stir into the boiling milk and bring back to a boil. Empty the cream into a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/3 of the cream into the cream. Pour the cream into 4 glasses (approx. 300 ml each). Cover with cling film and chill for 1 hour. Chill the remaining whipped cream as well. Before serving, pour the cream over the cream and dust with espresso powder.
