Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1 liter of milk
  • ½ point cookie(s) (butter cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pudding according to the instructions, but use double the amount of milk so it’s as runny as soup. Break each biscuit in half. Divide the pudding soup among deep bowls and top with the biscuit halves. It must be eaten warm, otherwise the soupy effect will be lost.
