Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of raisins
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 500 ml milk
  • e.g. powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour with yeast, sugar, and salt. Then stir in milk until the batter has the consistency of waffle batter (but not as runny as pancake batter). Then add the melted butter and washed raisins. Stir well and let rise a little until the batter bubbles. Fry in batches in a pan until golden brown on both sides. The pancakes should rise well. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and eat while still hot.
