- 500 g puff pastry

- 50 g sugar, coarse
- 50 g almond(s), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out shapes or rectangles. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar and almonds. Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
