Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, fresh or thawed
- 6 bananas
- some cane sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- some milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry to a 3-4 mm thickness and cut into pieces large enough to wrap the bananas. Peel the bananas, place each on a strip of pastry, sprinkle with a generous 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar, and wrap the bananas, brushing the ends with egg white to seal them. Mix the egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk and a pinch of salt. Brush the top half of the pastry pieces with this mixture and then roll in the brown sugar. Bake on baking paper in an oven preheated to approximately 200°C (400°F) until golden brown.
