Puff pastry pizza – snails

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 125 g quark
  • 4 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 120 g salami, sliced
  • 1 pack of cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with salami

Mix the quark with tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning. Spread the mixture over the puff pastry. Cut the salami into small pieces and arrange them on the dough. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up the puff pastry from the long side. Cut approximately 1.5 cm wide slices from the roll and place the snails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the snails at 200°C for about 12 minutes, depending on the instructions on the puff pastry.
