Puff pastry tart with three cheeses

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated counter
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 200 g goat cheese
  • 200 g Emmental cheese
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 ml sauce (garlic chili sauce)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. herbs, fresh
  • e.g. basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the garlic and onion. Cut the Cheddar and Emmental into pieces and mix together. Crumble the goat cheese. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread with the garlic and chili sauce. Top with garlic, onion, fresh herbs, the Cheddar and Emmental mixture, and the tomatoes. Finally, spread the goat cheese on top. Bake the puff pastry tart for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C, sprinkle with some basil, and serve.
