Puff pastry with salmon and mozzarella

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 200 g salmon
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Divide the puff pastry into 3 equal pieces. Distribute the salmon evenly in the center. Slice the mozzarella. Distribute evenly over the salmon. Make slices on the left and right sides of the puff pastry. Make a large cut at the top and bottom. Sprinkle a little dill over the mozzarella. First, wrap the large pieces of puff pastry around the salmon. Then fold the lengthwise slices over each other. Beat the egg yolk and distribute it evenly over the puff pastry. Sprinkle the dill over the pastry and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
