Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 24 pumpernickel coins
  • 200 g goat’s cheese
  • some crème fraîche
  • 3 figs, organic
  • 12 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cut each slice of bacon into 4 pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 110°C for 40 minutes, then let cool. Mix the goat’s cheese with a little crème fraîche (amount to taste) and fill a piping bag. Line the slices, pipe the cream on, and top each with an eighth of a fig and a bacon chip. Ideally, this should be assembled shortly before guests arrive, but it can also be made a little in advance and refrigerated.
