Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pumpkin flesh (Hokaido)
- 400 g apples
- 100 g pear(s)
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom, ground
- 1 tsp. clove powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Chop all ingredients, except the cinnamon stick, into small pieces (it’s best to chop them finely in a Quickchef; it’s the fastest way). Mix them in a saucepan with the preserving sugar and spices. Cook according to the instructions, or for 5 minutes longer if you prefer. Stay with the pan and stir well to prevent burning! Remove the cinnamon stick, then fill clean twist-off jars, seal tightly, and turn upside down.
