Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • ½ orange(s), organic
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 small slice(s) of ginger
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • e.g. milk or yogurt
  • n. B. Fruit of your choice, e.g. berries or apple
  • e.g. nuts or coconut chips or cocoa nibs

protein-rich spoonable smoothie

Chop the pumpkin, banana, and ginger into small pieces, grate the orange zest, and finely chop the flesh. Place them in a blender with the low-fat quark and avocado. Split the vanilla pod open on the side and add the scraped-out seeds to the bowl. If you have a powerful blender or hand blender, you can also chop the pod itself and add it to the mixture. Blend everything until smooth, thinning with yogurt or milk if desired. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with fruit, nuts, coconut chips, or cocoa nibs, as desired.
