  • Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Clean the pumpkin and herbs. If you like, you can also add zucchini.
  • Cut the pumpkin and zucchini into pieces or strips. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Pluck herbs a little.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C O / U heat or convection.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the vegetables on it, pumpkin, zucchini, onions and garlic. Drizzle everything with olive oil. Pour the herbs on top and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the vegetables in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • It tastes good at lunchtime as a vegetable side dish or with fresh bread.
