Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g pumpkin(s) (Hokkaido), pureed, weighed ready for cooking
- 300 g ice cream, vanilla
- 250 ml milk, whole milk
- 35 g brown sugar
- ¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Whipped cream, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve, deseed, peel, and dice the pumpkin. Boil in a little water until soft, purée, and let cool completely. Pour the thawed vanilla ice cream into a blender (or use an immersion blender). Add the milk, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice; mix well and pour into glasses. Whip a little cream, sweetening to taste. Spoon a large dollop into each glass and serve.
