Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pumpkin(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • possibly olives
  • possibly tomato(s), sun-dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, add them to the pan, and sauté. Season with Provençal herbs. If you like, you can add sliced ​​olives, sun-dried tomatoes, or something similar at the end. This dish can be shaped in various ways: If you place the pan on the stove for 5-7 minutes, the pumpkin slices will retain their shape. If you fry everything for 10-12 minutes, you’ll have a proper spread. This dish can be served hot or cold, and tastes great with ciabatta or baguette.
