Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pumpkin(s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- Herbs of Provence
- 3 tbsp oil
- possibly olives
- possibly tomato(s), sun-dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, add them to the pan, and sauté. Season with Provençal herbs. If you like, you can add sliced olives, sun-dried tomatoes, or something similar at the end. This dish can be shaped in various ways: If you place the pan on the stove for 5-7 minutes, the pumpkin slices will retain their shape. If you fry everything for 10-12 minutes, you’ll have a proper spread. This dish can be served hot or cold, and tastes great with ciabatta or baguette.
