with Amaretto and strawberry sparkling wine
Pour the cocktail cherries into a sieve, reserving the juice. Place the frozen berries and drained cherries in a large bowl. Top with the Amaretto and Bacardi until the fruit is covered, using at least the specified amount. Let the fruit steep in the alcohol for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. Then top up with the strawberry sparkling wine and the juice of the cocktail cherries. Add the white wine—you may not need the whole bottle; fill it with half and taste. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
