Punch with cocktail cherries and berries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ dl Amaretto
  • 2 ½ dl white rum (Bacardi)
  • 200 g mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, frozen)
  • 1 jar cocktail cherry(s), 410 g drained weight
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine (strawberry sparkling wine)
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 20 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

with Amaretto and strawberry sparkling wine

Pour the cocktail cherries into a sieve, reserving the juice. Place the frozen berries and drained cherries in a large bowl. Top with the Amaretto and Bacardi until the fruit is covered, using at least the specified amount. Let the fruit steep in the alcohol for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. Then top up with the strawberry sparkling wine and the juice of the cocktail cherries. Add the white wine—you may not need the whole bottle; fill it with half and taste. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
