Quark and honey cream with seasonal fruits

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g yogurt, 1.5% or more
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • Fruit, e.g. pineapple
  • 2 tsp flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, mix the low-fat quark and yogurt until creamy. Stir in the honey and season again if necessary. The flavor will be more or less dominant depending on the honey, but you can vary it to your liking. Divide the mixture evenly among four bowls. Cut the fruit into pieces and decorate the quark cream with it. Sprinkle the flaxseed evenly over the top. Tip: Of course, the cream tastes fantastic without fruit too. If you like, you can drizzle a little honey over it or garnish it with flaked almonds. This cream is also versatile and can be combined with many other dishes.
