Quark Balls 18 Pieces

The perfect quark balls 18 pieces recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dough:

  • 135 g Quark lean
  • 25 g Margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Knife point Vanilla pulp
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 pinch Coarse salt
  • 1 pinch Bio lemon zest

I make breadcrumbs myself.

  • 35 g Breadcrumbs

sieve:

  • 100 g Sifted flour
  • 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder

to bake in the fryer:

  • 2 pole Hardened coconut oil

Or in a pot:

  • 0,5 pole Hardened coconut oil

Breadcrumbs:

  1. Heat the fat to level 14, test it with a wooden spoon. Then reduce to 12.
  2. Bake in coconut oil until golden. Place on paper towels.
  3. Make snow with powdered sugar.
