Quark Balls 18 Pieces
The perfect quark balls 18 pieces recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 135 g Quark lean
- 25 g Margarine
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Knife point Vanilla pulp
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 pinch Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Bio lemon zest
- 35 g Breadcrumbs
sieve:
- 100 g Sifted flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
to bake in the fryer:
- 2 pole Hardened coconut oil
Or in a pot:
- 0,5 pole Hardened coconut oil
