Quark Balls 35 Pieces

- 270 g Quark semi-fat
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Knife point Vanilla pulp
- 1 pinch Orange zest
- 1 Breath Bio lemon zest
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 70 g Breadcrumbs
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Mix the quark with the butter, sugar, salt + vanilla pulp.
- Add flavors + breadcrumbs. Sift in the flour + baking powder, stir in, at the end you need the hooks or your hands.
- Roll the balls.
- Heat the deep fryer, deep-fry about 10 balls each, mostly turn them yourself, if not turn with a meat fork.
- Degrease on a paper towel.
- Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture, cool and then the battle for the balls begins.
