  • 270 g Quark semi-fat
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Knife point Vanilla pulp
  • 1 pinch Orange zest
  • 1 Breath Bio lemon zest
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 70 g Breadcrumbs
  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  1. Mix the quark with the butter, sugar, salt + vanilla pulp.
  2. Add flavors + breadcrumbs. Sift in the flour + baking powder, stir in, at the end you need the hooks or your hands.
  3. Roll the balls.
